“Anglo The Musical is brilliant!!!! Very funny and thought provoking” Marian Keyes
Filled with big laughs and big songs Anglo: The Musical is a story about love, ambition, greed, corruption, economic meltdown and copious amounts of pesto, all of which is told through a love story between a pure and innocent Cailín Deasa and……a boy.
With song’s like “Put A Zero On The End, He’s A Friend”, “There’s Nothing Wrong With Bacon & Cabbage”, “I Hate To Say I Told You So” and “We Are Where We Are…..And Where We Are Is Fucked” it is the sincere wish of the creators that this show be placed on the Leaving Cert curriculum for decades to come.
Written by Paul Howard and based on an original story by Johnny Morrison, Darren Smith and Colm Tobin, ANGLO: The Musical is produced by Kite Entertainment, Johnny Morrison and Donal Shiels.
“SAVAGE…….GO SEE” Fiona Looney.
“I actually don’t normally like musicals but I thoroughly enjoyed this one! Great laughs, the Bacon & Cabbage song is brilliant! I’d HIGHLY recommend it…..” Ray D’Arcy
“GO ANGLO OR GO MENTAL!” The Metro
“Worth it for the puppet sex alone!!! Hilarious….” Jason Byrne.
“I have not seen “ANGLO: The Musical” but I always think that satire, unless handled lightly, is just above pie throwing as theatrical entertainment” Michael Noonan TD, Minister For Finance, Dail Eireann, Thursday Nov 15th.
